I am a BABCP-accredited Consultant Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 16 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, grief, and trauma. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), offering an additional evidence-based approach to treatment.
My professional journey includes working in the NHS as a Consultant CBT therapist and senior clinical manager, alongside over 15 years of private practice experience with esteemed providers like the Priory. I also provide coaching for professionals and support for parents, tailoring my approach to meet diverse needs effectively
I have a deep understanding of both the science and art of therapy, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore, challenge, and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. While offering CBT I recognize it is not suitable for everyone and tailor therapy to integrate other therapeutic approaches so that therapy works for the client.
